Attorney Lior Eliyahu graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC) (LL.B., with honor, 2013) and the Faculty of Business Administration (finance) at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC) (B.A., with honor, 2013) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Eliyahu interned at the Real Estate Department of Goldfarb Seligman & Co.
Attorney Eliyahu specializes in real estate transactions, including, inter-alia, sale and acquisition transactions, accompanying purchase groups, combination transactions, yielding assets and the drafting of lease agreements, large-scale residential and commerce real estate projects and accompanying property lessors and lessees (residential apartments, stores, offices), complex evacuation-building projects and NOP 38.
Also accompanying clients through the process of registering their rights with the Israel Land Registry or Land Registration Office and handling all aspects before the relevant authorities, including legal and practical work with the tax authorities.
In addition, Attorney Eliyahu handles purchase agreements and represents real estate contractors before the attorneys of the acquiring side, mortgage banks, the Real Estate Registration Bureau, the Real Estate Taxation Bureau, and the Israel Land Administration.
