Attorney Achiasaf Pozes graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (L.L.B, 2010), and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2011.
Attorney Achiasaf Pozes specialize in the real estate fields, including handling Acquisition Groups, Urban Renewal projects such as evacuation building projects and the National Outline Plan 38 ("TAMA 38"). Achiasaf also represents contractors and entrepreneurs through the real estate development process, including land purchase, planning and construction and selling of units and registration of Cooperative Houses (Condominium).
Achiasaf also handles personal and commercial transactions, accompanying sellers and buyers in second-hand transactions, complex commercial and private lease agreements, and representation of clients in front of the Land Registration Office, the Israel Land Authority, Tax authorities and other authorities.
Attorney Achiasaf Pozes has an experience with civil and commercial litigation in judicial instances in various fields, including real estate, zoning and planning, libel lawsuits and estate management, and also with alternative dispute resolution procedures, including compromise, mediation and arbitration.
Attorney Achiasaf Pozes also acquired experience with ongoing legal counsel to corporations, and also philanthropic funds, Non-profit organizations and voluntary associations.
Prior to him joining the firm, Attorney Achiasaf Pozes worked in Reshef and Shiff law firm.
