Background
Mr. Pozes has in-depth experience with assisting construction projects, urban renewal (redevelopment, TAMA 38) and purchase groups. Mr. Pozes represents clients in both commercial and private transactions, assists sellers and buyers in simple and complex sale transactions, establishment of logistical centers, and agreements for construction and tenancy. Mr. Pozes also has significant experience in real estate project finance, from both the developers’ side and the lenders’ side (leading financial institutions).
