Background
Mr. Even has rich experience with all forms of real estate transactions, including the construction of whole residential neighborhoods, complicated urban renewal complexes, TAMA 38, project finance, hotels, commercial centers and shopping malls, purchase groups, tenders, rezoning.
Mr. Even is also a frequent speaker on urban renewal and strategic planning at conventions, orientations, and before institutional and academic bodies.
Mr. Even’s public activities included serving as a director at the Ramat Gan Economic Development Company; chairman of the board of the asset management company of the Labor Party – Arlozorov House Ltd.; Chairman of Haim Association, supporting children with cancer; co-founder of the Israel 2020 organization; and director at Menomadin Foundation, which helps promote underprivileged and vulnerable populations.
