Adv. Eliyahu’s specializes in real estate law and advises clients on a wide variety of complex real estate transactions. Adv. Eliyahu has extensive experience on matters involving large-scale projects and transactions such as urban renewal (evacuation-construction, Tama 38), tenders, acquisition groups, sale and purchase transactions as well as projects for residence, commerce, industry and trade. Adv Eliyahu represents leading construction companies before banks, tax authorities and the various land registration authorities.
