Background
Mr. Horowitz has extensive experience in commercial-civil litigation, including contracts, corporate law, real estate and tenders. Mr. Horowitz represents a wide variety of clients, including public and private companies, governmental companies, and others, before courts of law, arbitrations, and mediation and settlement proceedings.
Mr. Horowitz also manages mediations and arbitrations in various areas of commercial law.
