Experience
Has experience in providing ongoing counsel to corporations, corporate governance, commercial agreements, tenders, privacy protection, capital markets, including advising companies regarding investment marketing and management, establishing operations and investment funds.
Served as corporate legal advisor at Excellence Investment House, and provided companies with ongoing legal advice on investment marketing and management and drafted commercial agreements in the wide range of matters the companies engaged in.
Prior to being certified to practice law, she was an intern at Cohen, Wilchek & Co. in the commercial litigation department, insolvency and bankruptcy.
Position
Adv. Eliya is an associate in the firm’s commercial department, provides ongoing commercial counsel to the firm’s clients, both from commercial and corporate governance aspects, including drafting commercial agreements and establishing their operations.
