Background
Mr. Sisso specializes in commercial-civil litigation, including corporate law (including battles for control and shareholder deprivation claims), contracts, insolvency and real estate. Mr. Sisso has particular expertise in representing developers and contractors in construction defect claims, and he consults and advises construction companies on an ongoing basis with respect to residential projects.
