Experience
Adv. Sisso provides legal counsel and representation in matters concerning civil and commercial litigation, including all aspects of corporate law (corporate control struggles, minority shareholders’ discrimination claims), corporate disputes, business-related lawsuits, contracts law and commercial real-estate disputes.
Adv. Sisso has gained expertise in representing entrepreneurs and building contractors regarding construction defect claims. Adv. Sisso advises construction companies on an ongoing basis in dealing with inquiries and claims of apartment buyers and tenants.
Adv. Sisso handled complex insolvency proceedings, provided legal opinions regarding commercial and civil law matters and represented prominent clients in all matters concerning banks and finances. In addition, Adv. Sisso was engaged in continuing commercial-law academic research and teached in several academic institutes.
Adv. Sisso holds an authorized mediator’s certificate.
